Marilyn Johnson comes from an American background and meets Marco Ramone at a pub in downtown Chicago. Not too happy about the fact that Marco is involved in the Mafia routes but loves him deeply. Marilyn comes from a loving family so finds it hard to understand Marco's life and becomes worried when he is gone for so long, when she is heavily pregnant. Yet, Marco returns in time for the babies birth, in which they name Leo Jr. They marry just after Leo Jr.'s birth.
